About Catie Byrd Kelley
Catie Byrd Kelley is a licensed Athlete Agent and Attorney living in and serving student athletes in Alabama.
Catie, in addition to representing student athletes in Alabama, provides legal services for clients based in Arizona, where she is licensed to practice law and admitted to the U.S. District Court of Arizona. Her work focuses on contracts, business compliance and litigation, education matters for students and schools, federal claims, and more.
Catie’s legal experience also includes litigating to protect the constitutional rights of college students, including college athletes, as well as college professors, non-profit organizations, and medical professionals.
She has also served in a policy counsel role where she testified before state committees on legislation, analyzed and tracked proposed legislation, and advised advocacy groups, senators, and house representatives from various states on proposed legislation.
Catie grew up an avid college football fan and played basketball for ten years. She enjoys strength training and hot yoga classes. And she loves spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their dog, Ivy.
